Atelier 13

During a month-long stay in Los Angeles, Juno Shen created a new body of work for Atelier 13, a gallery known for its focus on artful interiors. Part of her ongoing Tortured Neon series, these hand-bent glass sculptures explore the tension between fragility and energy, capturing the raw movement of electricity as it navigates the sculpture’s twisting paths. Blurring the line between art and functional interior object, this series reflects Shen’s interest in how neon can inhabit both personal and architectural spaces, radiating light that feels both intimate and alive.
