Rouge Fashion Book

For the cover story, artist and creative director Juno Shen collaborated with Imma, the virtual model from Tokyo, in a project sponsored by Vivo to celebrate the launch of their new phone. The concept is rooted in Taoist philosophy, which teaches that the world is composed of five interdependent elements: earth, metal, water, wood, and fire. Earth grows metal, metal feeds water, water nourishes wood, wood fuels fire, and fire returns to create earth. Shen’s vision is a reminder that no matter how advanced humanity becomes, we remain part of this greater cycle, and that harmony can be found within ourselves, with each other, and with nature.
